Steph specializes in serving differently-wired (gifted, anxious, ADHD, twice exceptional, and other neurodivergent) teens and adults. She supports clients with identity development and embracing their brain while navigating heightened sensitivities, emotional dysregulation, struggles with executive skills, and unhealthy thinking habits that may be effecting school, work, sports or other activities. Steph also helps clients to unlock their motivation (you're not just lazy) and with the development of invaluable self-advocacy skills.
